Parameter allowed only for model controller description.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Connection network network identifier (CNNNETID parameter) or connection network control point name (CNNCPNAME parameter) can be specified only if the model controller description (MDLCTL) parameter is *YES.
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the connection network network identifier or connection network control point name, or change the model controller parameter to *YES, then try the request again.
