From-file uses to-file member.

Cause . . . . . : The copy cannot be performed because the from-file uses the to-file member for one of the following reasons:
-- A member specified on the Open Query File (OPNQRYF) command is the same as the to-file member.
-- A member specified on the OPNQRYF command is based on the to-file member.
Recovery . . . : Specify a to-file member that is not used by the from-file. Then try the request again.
