INCREL operator not valid with *NULL special value.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An operator other than *EQ or *NE was specified on an INCREL expression using the *NULL special value as the field value.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Specify *EQ or *NE as an operator when the *NULL special value is specified.
-- Specify a field value other than the *NULL special value for operators other than *EQ or *NE.
