Verify Communication command failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A system failure occurred while running the Verify Communication (VFYCMN) command. This failure is not the same failure the system may have detected in the communications network while running the Verify Communication (VFYCMN) command. VFYCMN did not complete normally.
Recovery . . . : For more information about this failure, see the messages in the job log. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Generally this failure is caused by the absence of some resource needed to logically complete the verify communication function. You will not see this message if the user exits problem analysis before it has logically ended.
