Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The TOLABEL, SEQNBR, VOL, RETAIN, EXCHTYPE, ENDOPT and DTACPR parameters cannot be specified when DEV(*PHYFILE) is specified.
Recovery . . . : Either change the DEV parameter value or remove the parameter values specified for the TOLABEL, SEQNBR, VOL, RETAIN, EXCHTYPE, ENDOPT or DTACPR parameters.
