CRTDATE can not be specified unless FROMLABEL specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The creation date of the diskette or tape file (CRTDATE parameter) cannot be specified unless the diskette or tape file label (FROMLABEL parameter) is also specified.
Recovery . . . : To restore a single file from a specific diskette or tape file or to restore a set of files starting with a specific diskette or tape file, specify the label of the diskette or tape file on the FROMLABEL parameter and, optionally, specify the files creation date on the CRTDATE parameter. If you are not restoring a single file from a specific diskette or tape file or are not restoring a set of files starting with a specific diskette or tape file, remove the value from the CRTDATE parameter.
