DTACPR and tape devices cannot be used together.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The DTACPR parameter cannot be specified when a tape device is specified for the DEV parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the DEV parameter value or remove the parameter value specified for the DTACPR parameter.
