Field name already used by record format definition.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Fields used by a record format must have unique names. You are attempting to select a field definition whose name is already used by the record format definition.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following and then try the request again:
-- Select a different field definition.
-- Create a field definition with a different name.
-- From the record format, remove the field whose name matches the name of the field definition that you are trying to select.
