Cause . . . . . : You are attempting to use record format &1 which has one of the following:
-- Variable-length fields
-- Null-capable fields
-- Fields with a Date, Time, Timestamp data type
-- DBCS-graphic fields
Recovery . . . : Use the record format in a single-format file definition or remove the variable-length fields, null-capable fields, Date/Time/Timestamp fields, DBCS-graphic fields, or choose not to use them.
