CPD2EEB: Linked, program-described files are affected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A data dictionary cannot be deleted when program-described files are linked to the file definitions that it contains. Program-described files are linked to file definitions in the data dictionary which you attempted to delete.
Recovery . . . : Use the LNKDTADFN command to unlink all program-described files from file definitions contained in this data dictionary. Once the program-described files have been unlinked, try the request again. The file definitions which describe the files are deleted along with the dictionary.
