Dictionary &1 cannot be saved for specified release.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : This dictionary contains or has contained variable length fields, date/time/timestamp fields, or null fields. Dictionaries that have been used to define these types of fields cannot be saved for a release before Version 2 Release 1 Modification 1.
Recovery . . . :
Specify a release of Version 2 Release 1 Modification 1 or later.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Dictionaries that are used to define fields that have certain types of attributes cannot be saved for a release that did not support the attributes.
Once a dictionary is used to define fields with any of the following attributes it cannot be saved for a release earlier than Version 2 Release 1 Modification 1:
-- Variable length character fields
-- Date, Time, and Timestamp fields
-- Fields that allow null values
