Cannot 'ADDDTADFN' or 'LNKDTADFN' to file &2 in library &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &2 in library &3 is not in the same auxiliary storage pool (ASP) as the data dictionary. 'ADDDTADFN' or 'LNKDTADFN' must be performed on files in the same ASP as the data dictionary.
Recovery . . . : Use a file in a library that is in the same ASP as the data dictionary or move the file to a library that is in the same ASP as the data dictionary.
