FILEATR(&2) not valid for OUTFILE with SYSTEM(*RMT or *ALL).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When SYSTEM(*ALL) or SYSTEM(*RMT) is specified along with an OUTFILE name, the value for the FILEATR parameter can only be *ALL, *LF, or, *PF.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Change the FILEATR parameter to *ALL, *LF, or, *PF.
-- Change the SYSTEM parameter to *LCL.
-- Omit the OUTFILE parameter.
