FILEINF, RCDFMTINF, FLDINF values not allowed with OUTFILE.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : FILEINF(*BASIC), RCDFMT(*BASIC), and FLDINF(*DETAIL) are the only values allowed when OUTFILE is specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again:
-- Omit the OUTFILE parameter and change the OUTPUT parameter to OUTPUT(*) or OUTPUT(*PRINT).
-- Specify FILEINF(*BASIC), RCDFMTINF(*BASIC), and FLDINF(*DETAIL).
