Qualifier for field &3/&2 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If the qualifier value &3 for field &3/&2 that was specified on the &1 parameter is a file name, the file is not one that was specified on the FILE parameter. If the qualifier value &3 is a number, its value is larger than the number of entries specified on the FILE parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either specify a qualifier value that is the file name, or a number for one of the entries that was specified on the FILE parameter. Then try the request again.
