Too many fields or record format too long.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : This error occurs when either more than 8000 fields are specified, or the query record format is too long.
The total number of fields required to open the query file cannot exceed 8,000. Fields that contribute to the total include all fields in the record format identified on the FORMAT parameter, fields defined on the MAPFLD parameter, and fields defined by the system to calculate either numeric or string results for complex relational operands on the QRYSLT and GRPSLT parameters.
A query record format cannot exceed 32,766 bytes when all fields are fixed length and non null-capable. The maximum length of the format is less if any fields in the format are variable length or are null-capable. Refer to the DDS topic collection in the Programming category in the IBM i Information Center book, http://www.ibm.com/systems/i/infocenter/, for more details on the storage required for variable length and null-capable fields.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the number of fields required and try the request again.
