Reorganize operation was unable to truncate file &1 in library &2, member &3.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A reorganize operation on file &1 in library &3, member &2 reorganized the data in the member, but was unable to truncate the deleted records at the end of the member.
Recovery . . . : Exclusive use of the member is necessary to truncate the deleted records at the end of the member. Specify LOCK(*EXCL) and repeat the reorganize operation again.
