Format-selector program not valid for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : If file &1 in library &2 has only one record format, a format-selector program can not be specified on the FMTSLR parameter. A FMTSLR program is valid only if a file contains two or more record formats. If file &1 in library &2 is a partitioned file, FMTSLR(*NONE) cannot be specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify either the FMTSLR(*SAME) parameter or the FMTSLR(*NONE) parameter and try the request again.
