Cause . . . . . : Either MAINT(*REBLD) was specified or file &1 in library &2 already has rebuild-access-path maintenance, and either file &1 in library &2 already has one of the following attributes or it is specified to have one of the following attributes:
-- RECOVER(*IPL).
-- RECOVER(*AFTIPL).
-- FRCACCPTH(*YES).
RECOVER(*NO) and FRCACCPTH(*NO) are the only valid options available for a rebuild-maintenance file.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again.
-- Do not specify MAINT(*REBLD).
-- If the file is already MAINT(*REBLD) or is specified to be MAINT(*REBLD), specify RECOVER(*NO) and FRCACCPTH(*NO).
