RECOVER or FRCACCPTH ignored for file &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the RECOVER(*IPL), RECOVER(*AFTIPL), or FRCACCPTH(*YES) parameter was specified; but file &1 in library &2 is specified as MAINT(*REBLD). The RECOVER(*IPL), RECOVER(*AFTIPL), and FRCACCPTH(*YES) parameters are not valid because the access path will be built again at open.
No recovery is necessary because the RECOVER(*NO) and FRCACCPTH(*NO) parameters are being used for file &1 in library &2.
