FRCRATIO value changed for logical file &3.

Cause . . . . . : The force-write ratio for a logical file must be less than or equal to the force-write ratio for its based-on files. Based-on file &1 in library &2 had its force-write ratio changed to &6.
No recovery is necessary because the force-write ratio for logical file &3 in library &4 was &5; therefore, it was changed to &6.
