Select/omit not valid for file &1 when DYNSLT not specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Select/omit statement is not valid for file &1 in library &2 when dynamic select (DYNSLT) is not specified. Dynamic select is required in the following conditions:
-- When the file is specified as arrival order.
-- When the file is a join logical file and the same select/omit statement refers to fields in different based-on files.
-- When the file is a join logical file and there is more than one select/omit statement and they are mixed (selects and omits), or there is an omit statement that is combined by the OR operation with another omit statement, or there is a select statement that is combined by the AND operation with another select statement.
-- When the file is a join logical file that specifies default values on the join default value (JDFTVAL) keyword.
Recovery . . . : Add the DYNSLT keyword to the data description specifications (DDS) or change the DDS and try the request again.
