Output operations to file &1 in &2 not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : Logical file &1 in library &2 was created so that output operations to its members are not allowed. One or more of the logical files based-on files is a Structured Query Language (SQL) table containing a field or fields that do not have default values. The logical files format does not have a corresponding field or fields to supply values for these non-default value fields. Therefore, file &1 in library &2 was created in a way that will not allow output operations to its members. Technical description . . . . . . . . : In order for logical files with a based-on structured query language tables to be created such that output operations are allowed to its members, all non-default value fields in the based-on SQL table files must have corresponding fields in the logical files formats.
