Field &3 and &4 cannot both be key fields.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 in library &2 specified both a concatenated field &4 and a part of that concatenated field &3 as key fields. Either specification is allowed, but not both.
Recovery . . . : Change the data description specifications to remove one of the key specifications and try your request again.
