CCSID for file &1 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : CCSID(s) &3 and &4 were specified for file &1 in library &2. One or both of the CCSIDs are not valid for reason &5. The reason codes are:
1 - The CCSID is not a valid CCSID.
2 - CCSID 0 is not a valid CCSID.
5 - Data not valid for specified CCSIDs.
6 - Data(double byte shift characters) not valid for specified CCSIDs.
8 - Conversion not defined for specified CCSIDs.
9 - The data associated with the file cannot be converted to the job CCSID.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Specify a different CCSID for the file.
-- Change the job CCSID to &4, if &4 is a valid CCSID.
-- Use the default CCSID for the file.
-- Specify a CCSID other than 1200, 1208, and 13488, because these are unicode CCSIDs associated with specific data-types.
