Message : CPD322D
Explicitly specified CCSIDs or file restrictions present.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The CCSID(s) for file &1 in library &2 can not be changed because of reason &3. The reason codes are:
1 - The file was created with explicitly specified CCSIDs.
2 - There are logical files built over the physical file that prevent the change.
3 - The file is a logical file.
4 - The file is a program described file.
5 - The physical file format contains concatenated fields.
6 - The physical file contains a sort sequence table.
7 - The physical file has a physical file constraint.
8 - There are Structured Query Language (SQL) materialized query tables built over the physical file.
Recovery . . . : For reason codes 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 there is no recovery, however, a new file with different CCSIDs can be created and the data copied to the new file with the Copy File (CPYF) command. For reason code 2 the user should do the following: 1. Display database relations (DSPDBR) command to determine all of the logical files that are built over the physical file. 2. Save the physical file and all of its dependent logical files (specifying ACCPTH(*YES) on the Save Object(SAVOBJ) command). 3. Delete all of the dependent logical files built over the physical file, then try the request again. 4. Create the dependent logical files again, by restoring the physical file and all of its logical files from the save media. For reason code 7, remove the physical file constraint (RMVPFCST) and try the command again.
