Record length for record format &3 too long.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The create request for file &1 in library &2 could not be completed because the record length of record format &3 is greater than 32767. A record length of 32767 bytes is the maximum supported.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the Create interface is available to you, either reduce the number of fields in record format &3 or decrease the length of some of the fields in the format.
-- If the Create interface is not available to you, there is no recovery. Report the problem (ANZPRB command).
