Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt failed to add a member to a file using the Add Physical File Member (ADDPFM command) or Add Logical File Member (ADDLFM command) because the file is damaged.
Recovery . . . : Delete the file from the system and restore the file from a another copy of the file.
