Concatenated field &3 is in error, reason code &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Field &3 is a concatenated field in file &1 in library &2 and the concatenation is not allowed for reason code &4. The reason codes are:
1 - A graphic field can only be concatenated with another graphic field.
2 - A UCS-2 graphic field can only be concatenated with another UCS-2 graphic field or a UTF-16 graphic field.
3 - A UTF-8 character field can only be concatenated with another UTF-8 character field.
4 - A UTF-16 graphic field can only be concatenated with another UTF-16 graphic field or a UCS-2 graphic field.
5 - A binary character field can only be concatenated with another binary character field.
Recovery . . . : Do the following for reason code:
1 - Remove non-graphic fields from the list of fields to be concatenated together.
2 - Remove non-UCS-2 graphic fields from the list of fields to be concatenated together.
3 - Remove non-UTF-8 character fields from the list of fields to be concatenated together.
4 - Remove non-UTF-16 graphic fields from the list of fields to be concatenated together.
5 - Remove non-binary character fields from the list of fields to be concatenated together.
