The NODGRP parameter or PTNKEY parameter is not allowed.

Cause . . . . . : The NODGRP parameter or PTNKEY parameter is not allowed for one of the following reasons:
1 -- A node group (NODGRP parameter) cannot be specified unless partition keys are also specified.
2 -- Partition keys (PTNKEY parameter) are not allowed if the node group is *NONE.
3 -- Partition keys (PTNKEY parameter) and node group (NODGRP parameter) are not allowed with record length (RCDLEN parameter).
Recovery . . . : Either change the NODGRP or PTNKEY parameter.
