DataLink commit error for file &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An error has occurred for the commit DataLinks function such that the commit cannot be performed. The file is &1 in library &2 and the DLFM server is &7. The reason code is &4. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
01 - Not all DLFM transactions can be committed.
02 - One or more transactions are not known to the DLFM.
03 - DLFM file server not currently available.
04 - DLFM prepare of one or more transactions voted no.
05 - DLFM transaction has not been prepared.
Recovery . . . : If the DLFM file server is not currently available, then the DLFM transaction will be sent to a database server job to be committed. Otherwise, the transaction will be ignored.
