Trigger &3 in library &4 is inoperative.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The status of trigger &3 in library &4, on file &1 in library &2, was changed to inoperative. The trigger references the file in its SQL trigger body. The trigger is no longer usable because of the current operation on the file.
Recovery . . . : Remove the trigger from the file using the SQL DROP TRIGGER statement and optionally recreate the trigger using the SQL CREATE TRIGGER statement.
