The trigger operation failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The trigger operation for file &1 in library &2, for trigger &4 in library &5, failed because of errors. The operation was &3. The reason code is &6.
The operation codes and their meanings are as follows:
1 - Add a trigger
2 - Remove a trigger
3 - Change a trigger
4 - Create an SQL trigger program
5 - Register the trigger with Cross Reference
6 - Rename a trigger
7 - Revoke authorities
The reason codes and their meanings are:
01 - Error modifying trigger definition during move file, rename file, or rename library.
02 - A read trigger cannot be added to an SQL materialized query table.
03 - INSTEAD OF triggers cannot be created on physical files, SQL indexes, multi-format logical files, or logical files that do not share a physical file's format.
04 - INSTEAD OF triggers cannot be created on an SQL view if the WITH CHECK OPTION clause is specified for the view or for any of the view's based-on or dependent views.
05 - An error occurred in commitment control.
06 - An error occurred while granting authority.
07 - An error occurred while revoking authority.
08 - INSTEAD OF update triggers cannot be created on an SQL view if the view has fields that reference previous fields in the view's format.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code shown, and then try the request again.
01 - See previous messages.
02 - Use a file which is not an SQL materialized query table.
03 - Specify an SQL view or a logical file that shares a physical file format.
04 - Specify a different file.
05 - See previous messages.
06 - See previous messages.
07 - See previous messages.
08 - Specify a different SQL view.
