A new format cannot be created for dependent logical file &3 in library &4.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Changing the CCSID of file &1 in library &2 requires a new format to be created for any dependent files that share the format of file &1 in library &2. Dependent file &3 in library &4 has an INSTEAD OF trigger and must share the format of file &1 in library &2.
Recovery . . . : Remove the INSTEAD OF triggers from file &3 in library &4 and then try the request again.
