File &1 number &5 was not processed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : File &1 number &5 job &4/&3/&2 created on system &7 on &12 was not held, released or changed because a lock on the spooled file could not be obtained. The job holding the lock on the spooled file is &10/&9/&8.
Recovery . . . : Follow the recovery specified for reason code &11 below:
1 - Use the RLSSPLF command to release the spooled file after the job holding the lock is finished with the file.
2 - Use the CHGSPLFA command to change the priority of the spooled file after the job holding the lock is finished with the file.
3 - Use the HLDSPLF command to hold the spooled file after the job holding the lock is finished with the file.
4 - Use the STRSPLRCL command to make the spooled files in CLO status available after the job holding the lock is finished with the file.
