Cause . . . . . : The priority limit specified in the user profile for &2 is &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try your request again:
-- Remove the OUTPTY parameter.
-- Request a priority value that does not exceed the limit in your user profile.
-- Obtain a higher priority limit from the security officer.
