RESTART parameter not allowed with diskette parameters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The RESTART parameter cannot be used with the VOL, LABEL, EXCHTYPE, and CODE parameters.
Recovery . . . : Using the Change Spooled File Attributes (CHGSPLFA) command, do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify the default value for the RESTART parameter.
-- Specify the default values for the VOL, LABEL, EXCHTYPE, and CODE parameters.
