Cannot change RESTART for files in PRT or SND status.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The file was already printing (PRT status), or is being sent to a remote system (SND status), when you tried to change the RESTART parameter.
Recovery . . . : To save a file that is printing, or being sent, using the Change Spooled File Attributes (CHGSPLFA) command, do the following and try the request again:
1. Specify *YES on the SAVE parameter.
2. After the file has been printed or sent, and is in SAV status, specify the appropriate value on the RESTART parameter.
