*NEXT not allowed on RESTART parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The *NEXT value on the RESTART parameter on the Change Spool File Attributes (CHGSPLA) command is not allowed when a file is in writer (WTR) status.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value other than *NEXT for the RESTART parameter on the CHGSPLFA command and try the request again.
