Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The form definition &1 in library &2 is not found on your system.
Recovery . . . : Check to be sure you typed in the correct form definition name and library name. The Change Spooled File Attributes (CHGSPLFA) command allows you to change the form definition value.
