Value of *OUTFILE not allowed with *LIFETIME.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a value of *LIFETIME for the Volume statistics type parameter with an output parameter value of *OUTFILE. Only the *SESSION value for the Volume statistics type is valid with the *OUTFILE value for Output.
Recovery . . . : Try the command again specifying *PRINT for the Output parameter. Or, try the command again specifying *SESSION for the Volume statistics type.
