Cause . . . . . : The OUTFILE parameter cannot be used with:
-- Only one program temporary fix (PTF) selected
-- SELECT(*PTFSAVF)
-- SELECT(*ONORDER)
It must be used with SELECT(*ALL).
Recovery . . . : Specify *ALL for the SELECT parameter and try the request again.
