Use of TOSEQNBR, TOENDOPT or TOVOL not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The To sequence number (TOSEQNBR) parameter, or the To ending options (TOENDOPT) parameter, or the To volume (TOVOL) parameter was specified with the To device (TODEV) parameter value of *SAVF or *SERVICE.
Recovery . . . : Either remove the To sequence number, To ending options, or To volume parameter, or specify a device name for the To device parameter. Then try the request again.
