SELECT parameter cannot be specified with other parameters specified.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You specified a program temporary fix (PTF) number for the SELECT parameter, but you also specified *ALL for the program identifier (PGMID) parameter or the library (LIB) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either leave out the PTF on the SELECT parameter, or change the PGMID and LIB values to values other than *ALL.
