VOLTYPE, VOL, and VOLSTAT must be specified with TYPE(*VOLSTAT).

Cause . . . . . : When *VOLSTAT is specified for the TYPE parameter, the following parameters must also be specified:
-- Volume type (VOLTYPE).
-- Volume (VOL).
-- Volume statistical data (VOLSTAT).
Recovery . . . : Specify the required parameters VOLTYPE, VOL, and VOLSTAT. Then try your request again.
