OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) cannot be specified with DEV(*ALL).

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An output (OUTPUT) parameter value of *OUTFILE cannot be specified when *ALL is specified on the device (DEV) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either specify an output (OUTPUT) parameter value of *PRINT, or specify a device name for the device (DEV) parameter. Then try the request again.
