Cause . . . . . : STG(*FREE) is not allowed when the value for the LIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Leave out the STG parameter.
-- Specify a value other than *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS for the LIB parameter.
