DEV(*SAVF) and CLEAR(*AFTER) cannot be used together.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The CLEAR(*AFTER) parameter cannot be used with the DEV(*SAVF) parameter. If a tape or diskette device is specified on the DEV parameter, then *NONE, *AFTER and *ALL are allowed on the CLEAR parameter.
Recovery . . . : Specify DEV(*SAVF) with the CLEAR parameters of *NONE or *ALL, or specify a tape or diskette device name on the DEV parameter.
