Save file and device parameters cannot be used together.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Save files cannot be used with the VOL, SEQNBR, LABEL, EXPDATE, ENDOPT, OPTFILE, or CLEAR(*AFTER) parameters.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a save file for the device (DEV) parameter and do not specify any of the conflicting parameters listed previously.
-- Change the value for the device (DEV) parameter.
