SAVF parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The SAVF parameter is not allowed when the value for either the LIB or SAVLIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify only one library.
-- Specify a device name on the DEV parameter.
